This week the shop will be getting some cool new thing including these old crates. I love stuff like this, because you can do so much with them. The little squares can be filled with your small collections or taken out to make room for organizing your papers. The weathered wood and old branding make it pretty special in my book.

Sneak Peek Sunday
Happy Sunday! Did everyone have a wonderful weekend? Mine was pretty delightful. Mr. Lindello was out camping in the BWCA, so I had some quality time my girlfriends. The boutique is also opening up next week (eep!), so I've been helping train in the new employees and ordering last minute clothes. I can't wait to see the space once its done!

the littlest thing you ever did see
It's almost the weekend! Its so nice and sunny here, but I've been stuck working at my desk all day and taking product photos. All I want to do is put on some shorts and go sit on my back deck. Soon enough! Tomorrow you can find these items as well as a few more in the shop.
{This big Atlas jar is great for filling with wild flowers. I just love the old bent glass}
{Who knew old tennis rackets could be so cool? I recently saw a beautiful home with these hanging on the wall. Why not I guess?!}

Hello Victory on Design Sponge!
I knew Jessica was going to be showing her house on Design Sponge sometime, but I had no idea it would be today. She purchased these arrows from me a few weeks ago. Don't they look nice above her awesome fireplace? Go check out the rest of her house. 50% of it is run by solar!
PS. I should have more arrows coming in the shop soon....

Happy Weekend!
Yes! Yes! Yes! Its Friday and we all have a three day weekend. How exciting is that!? I think I'm going to take lots of walks, garden, and try to make a salad of only things I find in the woods. In the meantime, I'll leave you with some Etsy favorites of mine...

Shop Update!
I just updated the shop with a few new items.
Isn't this owl mirror cute? It was hand carved and signed on the back
I love finding vintage handmade things!
Its going to be in the 70's and sunny today.
I'm planning on mowing the lawn, walking, and laying in the grass with Argos.
Mr. Lindello & I are also taking an "edible plants" class tonight!
Nice.

Sneak Peek!
Happy Sunday! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. The baby shower was a hit and I'll be posting some (mostly of food) pictures of the event over at Hello Lindello. Here is a glimpse of some upcoming items you can find in the shop this week:
{Isn't this baby deer plush adorable? The tag says her name is Flecka. So cute for a nursery}
{ I've never seen a Rolodex this cool! It even comes with its own pencil and holder}
{I know most us can't afford the luxury of owning real Foo Dogs, but aren't this almost as cool? Each one has different features and the turquoise blue color is so pretty}

Sneak Peek!
The shop will be updated this week with some new items I think you will love. Here is a quick sneak peek on some of the things you will see...
{This old drawer has stood the test of time. There are so many ways to use this from holding your house plants to organizing mail. I just love the worn gold handle}
{I've always wondered how they make ships like these? A lot of patience is required I'm sure! This little ship in a bottle would be perfect on a mantle or shelf}
{I love globes and this one is no exception. I've come across a lot world coin banks, but this one looks like it goes back in time aways. Its weathered metal and deep green make it so appealing}
Ps. I will be adding some more things in the shop tonight!
Recent Etsy Purchases
Good morning! How was your weekend? Mine was very productive. Husband and I got a lot done around the house and still managed to have some fun. My mom and I went out for a nice dinner last night down by the water, it was so nice. I just love my mom. I hope all you mothers out there got wickedly spoiled by loved ones yesterday! This morning I thought I would continue the trend of sharing some recent Etsy purchases I made from such lovely sellers:
I love this paper banner made from french books. I think I'll be hanging it in my dining room
I couldn't wait to get this "sparrow" pillow. I've been searching for the perfect one for my living room couch. I also bought some lovely tea towels from her. I love how its round too...
These little plates are so beautiful. I love the subtle colors and pretty flowers. I am making a mini plate wall in my dining room where these two will end up. This seller has another Etsy shop where she sells her gorgeous photography.

Happy Weekend & Shop Update!
Wow, I can't believe the weekend is here already! I don't know about you guys, but I'm ready to sit back and relax. Do you have any fun plans? I think I'm going to hit up some greenhouses and start planting some pots for the porch. I just updated the shop, so be sure to check it out. I put some fun different things in like these HUGE metal utensils. Wouldn't they be fun hanging in a kitchen? Have a great weekend everyone!

Tagged!
I'm back from NYC! The trip was amazing and if you like to hear more about it just check out my other blog Hello Lindello. In the meantime, I was "tagged" by the darling Marsi over at The Cottage Cheese (who also has a lovely etsy vintage shop) to name 6 (un)important things that make me happy. It was a tough call but here it goes:
One: Mussels! Oh how I love to snack on these with a glass of white wine. I just had some yesterday when I got off the plane with my friends Leslie. We stopped in at a little french cafe in Uptown and ordered yummy appetizers with wine. It was delicious!
Two: The drive into Duluth. I have lived in Duluth most of my life, but have never ever gotten use to view of driving into this beautiful small city. The drive from Minneapolis is boring, flat, and long. Duluth all of a sudden, like magic, shows up into view and you find yourself navigating down steep hills toward a huge lake (the largest lake in the US!). Its always a nice welcome home.
Five: Cuddling up with Argos and Ben during a blizzard. One of the many reasons I love Duluth is the changing seasons. The first snow fall in Duluth is always exciting because its not only beautiful, but it makes everything so festive and warm. I love sipping on hot cocoa and cuddling up with my boys.
Six: Being outside. period. Being able to enjoy the outdoors is something that makes my whole day better. I love exercising out in Hartley park, or snowshoeing the SHT. If I'm ever having a rough day or stressed out all I need is to take a long walk outside or go sit by the the lake and I'm good!
Well there you have it! What 6 things make YOU happy? Stay tuned for a shop update this weekend. I'll be adding some fun new things!

Sometimes I won't find them for a while, and just when I need a little pick me up I find a little scribbled message or funny sketch to cheer me up.
Four: Grilling outside. There is nothing like the taste of grilled corn on cob and veggie kabobs on a summer night. I love love love having a beer in the sun while cooking up some tasty treats on the grill. Summer in Duluth is divine.
